Hemp seed oil finish provides a protective, water-resistant surface that protects from the inside out. It can be used on new wood that is bare, stained, painted or to revive old wood effects. Our hemp oil is 100% hemp seed oil without unnecessary fillers or preservatives.

Wise Owl Paint™ hemp oil is different from many help oils because it is cold pressed (retaining the most antimicrobial and antifungal properties) unrefined, and it is also second pressed (preventing it from spoiling like first pressed and refined food grade hemp seed oils). Hemp oil is considered a drying oil because of its ability to polymerize into a solid form. It will harden and become one with the surface (cure) and reach its strongest finish and bond once it has fully dried, lending its strengthening property to the finish of paint and wood. This can take between 2 weeks and 30 days depending on environmental temperature and humidity. Apply straight out of the bottle with a brush or lint free cloth and allow it to penetrate the surface. Wipe away excess oil. Repeat as necessary to renew and refresh the finish.

Keep an eye on your email! I will send you an order confirmation when the order is placed, then we also send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please check and double-check that your email is correct when you place your order. When it’s extremely cold outside it becomes extra important to track your package closely so your products don’t freeze sitting outside on your porch! Watch your spam folder as well; unfortunately, the confirmation emails sometimes land there.
Please watch your tracking closely and inspect your order when it arrives. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to support@thisgirlsworkshop.com within 48 hours of delivery date. NOTE: Items affected by the weather after delivery are not considered "damaged" i.e., melted, frozen, etc. See Refund/Return Policy for more details.

Items must be returned PO Box 166, Seatonville, IL 61359, within 10 business days of delivery date. DO NOT send packages back to the return address on the package or return to sender – customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to have it shipped back to me which will be emailed to the customer as an invoice. (Refunds and replacements may not be approved if this invoice is not paid in full.) I will send a notification once I’ve received/inspected the return, and if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, I will send out the replacement or issue a refund through the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. RETURNS: Return requests are accepted up to 30 days after delivery date on undamaged items at support@thisgirlsworkshop.com. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. All returns of undamaged items are subject to a restocking fee of 33% of the original purchase price, which will be deducted from the approved refund amount. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return undamaged items. Items must be returned to PO Box 166, Seatonville, IL 61359, within 10 business days of Return Request date. DO NOT send items back to the return address on the package or return to sender – the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it shipped back to me which will be emailed to the customer as an invoice. (Returns/refunds may not be approved if this invoice is not paid in full.) I will send a notification once I’ve received/inspected the return, and if the return/refund is approved or not. If approved, I will issue a refund, minus incurred fees, through the original payment method. If the refund is not approved and the customer wishes to have the original items returned to them, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the original items to customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Gift Cards, Sale Items, and Custom products - i.e.: personalized products, special orders, custom colors, etc. cannot be returned.
